Warehouse & Procurement Coordinator

Reicks View Farms is seeking a Warehouse & Procurement Coordinator to join our team.

• Strategic Procurement:
  Partner with department heads to source and purchase parts, tools, and agricultural supplies; manage vendor relationships, lead times, and financial/invoice reconciliation.
• Inventory Optimization:
  Administer and optimize warehouse tracking using the eMaint CMMS system; conduct regular cycle counts, audit data, and manage part numbering for complex machinery.
• Warehouse Logistics:
  Safely oversee inbound/outbound freight, operate forklifts, and maintain an organized, efficient storage environment.
• Safety & Biosecurity:
  Enforce strict agricultural biosecurity protocols and champion the facility’s safety programs and risk mitigation efforts.

• Technical Aptitude:
  Proven experience with inventory management software (eMaint or equivalent CMMS/ERP platforms).
• Procurement
  
  Experience:
  
  Solid understanding of purchasing cycles, PO processing, and vendor negotiation.
• Logistics & Safety:
  Certified (or able to be certified) in forklift operation; strong commitment to industrial safety and biosecurity regulations.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between internal teams and external vendors.
