Summary:
This position is responsible for creating and verifying export labels to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and international shipping requirements. The role prepares export applications, certificates, and all associated shipping documentation required for domestic and international shipments while maintaining accurate export and USDA records to ensure paperwork is complete, organized, and audit-ready.
Responsibilities include coordinating with USDA inspectors to schedule inspections and obtain required certifications, communicating with internal departments, carriers, customers, and government agencies regarding export documentation and shipment status, and reviewing all export paperwork for accuracy and completeness prior to shipment release. The position also tracks and retains export records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements and assists in resolving documentation discrepancies and export compliance issues to support the timely movement of products.

Qualifications:
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
3 plus years office experience. - Computer
Skills:
Computer skills required. For example, generating spreadsheets, extracting data from spreadsheets, power BI and creating simple queries. Knowledge of GTS PHIS FIS and WMS is a plus - Travel:
