About us
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and logistics processes, a strong understanding of CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Shipping Clerk - Attention to Detail Required (CTPAT & FTZ Experience Preferred) Your Contribution- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with CTPAT security protocols and FTZ regulations.
- Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain inventory and shipping records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to maintain records, communicate with internal teams, and prepare shipping documentation.
- Follow company safety, security, and compliance procedures.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of CTPAT and FTZ requirements preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP software (SAP experience preferred).
