Bilingual Floor & Carpet Tech Supervisor Position Summary

The Bilingual Floor & Carpet Tech Supervisor is responsible for overseeing floor care and carpet cleaning operations, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in floor and carpet maintenance, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Will be cleaning Floor and Carpet cleaning.

• Supervise and coordinate floor care and carpet cleaning teams across assigned locations.
• Train and mentor technicians on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Inspect work areas to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Schedule and assign tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English and Spanish.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on operations and team performance.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year in floor care and carpet cleaning.
• Language:
  Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques (strip, wax, buff) and carpet cleaning methods.
• Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
