Working Hours/Days
7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with Saturdays and extended hours during peak season.
Basic Duties- Primarily focus on taking part orders over the phone and servicing walk-in customers.
- Look up part numbers in equipment parts books or online resources.
- Load and unload freight using a forklift.
- Perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.
- Previous experience in parts, inventory, or farm equipment required.
- Knowledge of sprayers, combines, and tractors required.
- Experience working with parts books and core parts operations needed.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (written, email, verbal) required.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Proficient in computer use, including UPS Worldship, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capable of lifting 75 lbs, climbing ladders and stairs daily.
- Ability to operate a standard forklift and manual pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years and no major violations in the past 5 years.
This role involves working in both office and warehouse environments. It requires sitting at a desk, answering phones, and using a keyboard, as well as walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Safety equipment such as glasses and steel-toe footwear is required. Noise levels vary from low in the office to moderate in the warehouse. Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons and occasional local travel is expected.
