Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Location: Tipton

Martin Energy Group is seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. This position is responsible for routine cleaning and upkeep of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other areas throughout our facility.

Responsibilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures

Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces

Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners

Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, counters, and common surfaces

Clean breakrooms and other employee common areas

Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed

Clean entrances, hallways, offices, and other designated areas

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner

Perform other general cleaning and facility-support duties as needed

Qualifications

Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule

Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workplace

Ability to safely use common cleaning chemicals and equipment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
