Operations Manager
SUMMARY:
CTI Recycling, Inc. is looking for a Recycling Supervisor that will oversee our concrete and asphalt recycling operations. This individual will provide leadership and direction to staff in the production facility in coordination with the Operations Manager. They will provide outstanding autonomous management skills from crushing and equipment operation management to scheduling and personnel management to seeing the big picture and attaining goals.
The Recycling Supervisor will have excellent communication skills and always represent the company in a friendly and professional manner.
- Oversee all operations of the Recycling yard and remote locations.
- Maintain all Recycling locations per DOT regulations, as well as state laws and company policy.
- Coordinate work daily with all Recycling personnel to ensure crushing sales are being met.
- Maintain crusher operationally reliable by practicing preventative maintenance.
- Material quantities are efficiently managed, and administrative procedures are followed consistently.
- Maintain client satisfaction including testing and material compliance.
- Perform great housekeeping practices such as mitigating dust, keeping the yard free from weeds and obsolete equipment, and storing all liquids in a proper manner.
- Follow and strictly enforce all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices, while visiting job sites per CTI policies, OSHA, and Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Other job-related duties, as assigned.
- 5+ years' experience in operations management required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operations.
- IDOT Aggregate certifications required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient mathematic skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer relations management experience.
- Professional, friendly, possesses a positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Flexible and adaptable to market fluctuations.
- Must have a valid drivers license. CDL preferred.
- All applicants must pass a post conditional offer of employment evaluation including a general physical.
