Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $500MM community bank in Iowa in the search for a Regional Market President.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow the bank's presence within the regional market.
* Drive commercial lending production and portfolio growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and community leaders.
* Manage and mentor lending and banking team members.
* Contribute to overall market strategy, business development, and profitability.
* Ensure sound credit quality and adherence to bank policies.
* Represent the bank within the community and industry organizations.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of commercial lending experience.
* Proven ability to generate business and grow client relationships.
* Prior leadership or management experience.
* Strong understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to drive market growth.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
