Job Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is the on-site lead for overseeing all Warehouse Operations at our Camanche, IA location. This role is responsible for leading the on-site Warehouse team ensuring customer requirements by are delivered. This role will drive efficiency, safety, and quality in daily business activities. The Manager, Warehouse Execution will ensure that all projects meet customer demands and requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises Warehouse Team in conjunction with Warehouse Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Team Lead to all Warehousing Team Members.
Attend all Customer and project specific calls and meetings.
Establish rhythm for check-in with Warehouse Manager.
Ensure customer schedules are fulfilled as needed.

Perform site audits as necessary.
Potentially Prepare/Present customer facing presentations.
Train, mentor, and onboard new Warehouse Team Members, ensuring they understand company procedures, safety expectations, and daily operations while helping them integrate with the existing team.
Serve as a resource and mentor for employees by providing guidance, support, and hands-on training as needed.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively in support of daily warehouse activities.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary, including providing coverage when dedicated loaders are unavailable.
Prioritizes "Safety First" for all phases of Warehouse Operations.

Education and Experience:

3+ years of demonstrated Project experience

Ability to manage multiple people and projects effectively
Self-starter
Outside the box thinker with problem-solving aptitude
Excellent Leadership traits
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Moderate to High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Viewpoint of similar software

Physical Requirements:

Communicate with coworkers, third-party providers and vendors.
Moves throughout building and yard.
This role requires inspection of Warehouse and yard to detect safety concerns.
Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures.
