Market Service Manager

Uni First seeks a Market Service Manager to join our team. The Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the service department, ensuring our ability to keep customers for life.

You will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Managers, Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day — ranging from small family‑owned businesses to major corporate locations.

The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth and profitability for their location.

• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team performance in customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.

• Business savvy and an innovative mindset to increase profit and customer satisfaction.
• Results‑driven relationship manager willing to roll up sleeves and support the team and customers.
• Experience working with a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Managers.
• Must use personal vehicle for business and comply with minimum auto insurance requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to problem solve and handle diverse customer service situations.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 21 years of age and valid non‑commercial driver’s license in state of residence.
• Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
