Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Department Managers also lead specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People. Responsibilities may include:

• Managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to teams and other managers.
• Ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experience, proper sales promotions, and well-trained service staff.
• Maintaining kitchen quality, safety, food cost control, and staff training for new menu items.
• Hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling, motivating, and recognizing them.

Qualifications:

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
