  Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff
• Assist with daily operations and ensure quality care is delivered to residents
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Support training and development of team members
• Monitor services and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Collaborate with residents, staff, and leadership to promote successful outcomes

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• 2 years of leadership and team management experience required
• Ability to work holidays, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
