What will be your purpose?
To guide and inspire the collaborators in your charge, as well as to lead and ensure the integral growth (active and passive portfolio) of the Business Centers, generating impact through economic, social, and environmental value in the community; in order to achieve experiences that generate lasting relationships.
Main responsibilities of the role
- Generate incremental profitability in the portfolio, both physical and legal, through responsible management of the sale of different products in the assigned area.
- Create and develop strategic alliances with the socio-economic actors of the community, in order to promote financial and digital inclusion, helping them with their development priorities that are sustainable and support the net positive objectives of the Organization.
- Attend to and resolve in an agile and personalized way the concerns, suggestions, and needs of the clients according to their segment, seeking to generate the experiences of the Life Centric service model.
- Lead, train, and develop the Business Center team to drive the achievement and fulfillment of the GFBC objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the laws and regulations that govern banking institutions; through monitoring and reporting in the systems that the GFBC defines for this purpose with the objective of being protected against any financial, legal, and reputational risk.
- Ensure that the different projects established by the Organization are implemented in each of its business centers relying on its team of work to guarantee the success of the strategy.
What do you need to apply for this position?
- University degree completed in economic, social sciences, engineering, or related field.
- Essential requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience leading commercial teams.
- Previous experience in branches, agencies, or business centers.
- Knowledge in banking products for individuals and legal entities.
- Strategies for customer migration and digitalization.
- Knowledge in customer segmentation.
- Knowledge in branch processes and indicators.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Own vehicle and current license with availability to visit clients.
- Residing in Guanacaste.

Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:30pm - Office location will be in El Coco Branch, Guanacaste.
