JOB OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Verifications team, including all department KPIs. Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and the Verifications management team to ensure that systems and processes are compliant with all applicable State and Federal requirements for the distribution of prescription drugs and devices. Ensure new customer accounts are set up correctly and potentially fraudulent orders are reviewed and identified.

Partner with Sales, DC Ops, and IT to ensure that customer orders are streamlined while ensuring compliance. Provide formal performance feedback, including performance appraisals, and resolve conflict.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the Verifications team to ensure State and Federal compliance, including account setup. Review productivity, quality, and provide performance feedback to all TSMs. Troubleshoot questions and problems related to system processes. Prioritize and delegate daily work assignments.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to understand the impact of new and existing legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Partner with Sales to communicate State and Federal requirements to customers. Work with Sales to create customized processes for customers, as needed.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

  • Substantial knowledge of JDE, Siebel and MS Office applications.
  • Substantial knowledge of Verifications policies and procedures.
  • Full understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements and an awareness of international regulations.

Typically 4 to 5 years of related support experience; 3 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Office environment. No special physical demands required.
  • Travel required, up to 15%
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

The posted range for this position is $63,396–$99,056 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
