Chargé de Mission Managérial et Opérationnel (H/F)
The position is to be filled within the ISEMA, Internat Socio-Éducatif Médicalisé pour Adolescents (ISEMA).
ISEMA is an experimental structure with units of life in boarding school, relevant to article L-312-1 of the Code of Social Action and Families which is subject to a joint authorization of the director of the Regional Health Agency, the prefect of Manche, and the President of the Departmental Council.
ISEMA welcomes young people with character and behavioral disorders, aged 12 to 16 years old, mainly on the site of Saint-Michel de Montjoie (50670), and its annexes.
Main Missions:In reference to the values inscribed in the associative project and within the framework of the implementation of the establishment project, the Mission Manager, by delegation of the Director, is responsible for the technical organization of the service, the functioning and the supervision of the educational team. He ensures the administrative management of Human Resources and in particular the management of recruitment needs to ensure replacements in order to ensure the continuity of service.
He performs the management of work schedules of the professionals of his team in compliance with the applicable legal framework.
He is responsible for the actions undertaken with the users and/or their family. He is in charge of the organization of collective and/or individualized services to meet the needs of the young people. He collaborates with the Technical Educational Reference who ensures the coordination of the accompaniment and the daily care.
He is a member of the management team of the Device and exercises his functions in conjunction with the Health Framework. He exercises his functions under the authority of the director to whom he reports on his activity, and in proximity of the teams.
In the interest of the user, he exercises his activity in respect of confidentiality and shared secrecy.
In the context of the evolution of the service project, he accompanies the change.
In the context of the evaluation process, he participates in the elaboration, realization, and evaluation of his action.
He participates in the animation and development of the partner network.
Profile andSkills:
- Holder of a higher diploma referenced in the ESMS sector.
- Professional experience(s) in the ESMS sector.
- Relational, managerial, and analytical skills.
- Technical skills: mastery of project methodology tools, knowledge and mastery of the regulatory framework specific to the ESMS sector, writing skills/synthesis skills, mastery of technical tools and office software.
- Full-time permanent contract (151.67 hours) to be filled as soon as possible.
- Provisions of the Collective Labor Agreement of March 15, 1966.
- Driving license B required.
- Position open to a person benefiting from a RQTH.
- Position may be filled within the framework of internal mobility AAJD.
- Certificate of good standing to be provided with the CV.
