Executive Assistant (M/W/D)

As an Executive Assistant (m/w/d) in the Personal Insurance Division, you will take on an important role in the AXA Group and work hand in hand with our Board of Management for the personal insurance sector.

What does this mean exactly?

You will face strategic issues related to life and health insurance as well as the day-to-day operational business. You will benefit from a broad spectrum of topics and gain insights into the work of the top management.

In a very short time, you will learn about the relevant topics of life and health insurance and actively shape the strategic direction. Furthermore, numerous development opportunities and specific projects are open to you, which will prepare you for a responsible role in the Group.

What to expect from you:

• As an Executive Assistant (m/w/d), you will have the opportunity to work closely with the highest management level from the very beginning and subsequently take on a first management role in the Group.
• You will have comprehensive responsibility as an interface between the Board of Management and (internal/external) stakeholders.
• You will participate in Group projects, up to (part-) project management and the assumption of ad hoc special tasks.
• You will gain insights into central decision-making processes and strategic control mechanisms of the Group.
• You will independently and actively support the day-to-day operations and management-relevant topics.
• You will prepare decision proposals and presentations for various target groups in English and German.
• You will be closely accompanied by the Board of Management and specifically promoted in your professional and personal development.

What you bring with you:

• Education:
  
  You have an excellent university degree (Master/Diploma), preferably with a PhD/MBA (Economics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics, etc.).
• Professional experience:
  You bring first relevant professional experience in the insurance sector.
• Analytical and strategic thinking:
  You analyze complex market, competition, and regulatory developments and develop sound impulses for the further development of the division as well as sustainable growth and profitability.
• Stakeholder management:
  You build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage coordination with Group functions and top management confidently, and move securely in demanding interface structures.
• Innovation competence:
  You actively drive change processes forward, promote cross-departmental exchange, and support transformations with a high degree of initiative and adaptability.
• Self-organization:
  You prioritize strategic and operational topics in parallel, coordinate complex Group requests independently, and prepare Board meetings in a structured and forward-looking manner.
• Communication skills:
  You moderate meetings and division events confidently, prepare Board and decision rounds target-group-appropriately, and communicate complex contents clearly and management-appropriately in German and English.
