Leadership Role In Industrial Customer Business

Are you interested in an exciting leadership position in the industrial customer business?

What you can expect:

• You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the development of the central industrial team
• You will work closely with the decentralized industrial teams at different locations
• A comprehensive portfolio management of the industrial division is part of your responsibilities:
  • Development of renewal strategies
  • Conception and implementation of underwriting guidelines
  • Control through financial planning and forecast processes
  • Participation in reinsurance solutions
• You will take responsibility for underwriting decisions
• You will drive the development of cross-divisional and product topics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, e.g.,
  • Development of the tariff together with the actuary
  • Development of risk consulting concepts together with risk engineers
• You will be in charge of driving cross-divisional and international projects, e.g.,
  • IT project for the development of a new underwriting platform
  • International project for the management of natural hazards
• You will work with different interfaces of the AXA Group

What you bring to the table:

• Education: You have a successfully completed degree in economics, insurance or a comparable field and/or training as an insurance salesman
• Professional qualification: You have a solid knowledge and several years of experience in underwriting industrial or industrial risks at an industrial insurer or broker or in product management/divisional control
• Leadership competence: Ideally, you have management experience or experience in taking on responsibility in comparable roles (e.g. project manager or product owner)
• Customer and service orientation: You have a high customer orientation and apply strategic approaches in the development of business initiatives
• Innovation and change competence: You are enthusiastic about transformation topics and are open to the implementation of agile working techniques and a flexible, modern working world
• Stakeholder management: You have a high competence in stakeholder management and proactively ask the right questions to find the best solutions for all parties involved
• Negotiation and communication skills: Your negotiation skills and your sympathetic assertiveness distinguish you
• Language skills: Very good English language skills in speech and writing complete your profile
