Regional Market President
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $500MM community bank in Iowa in the search for a Regional Market President.
Responsibilities:- Lead and grow the bank's presence within the regional market.
- Drive commercial lending production and portfolio growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients and community leaders.
- Manage and mentor lending and banking team members.
- Contribute to overall market strategy, business development, and profitability.
- Ensure sound credit quality and adherence to bank policies.
- Represent the bank within the community and industry organizations.
- 7+ years of commercial lending experience.
- Proven ability to generate business and grow client relationships.
- Prior leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive market growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
