Regional Manager
The role of the Regional Manager is to oversee daily regional operations, budget management, and setting manager performance objectives in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the COO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
EssentialJob Responsibilities /Duties
- Establish region and location operational goals working directly with the COO
- Empower location managers to work efficiently to cover seasonal and operational workforce and delegate workload to meet market requirements
- Work with COO, CFO, and CEO to establish yearly fixed asset budget, prioritize, support, and guide location manager fixed asset decision discussions
- Conduct department planning and reporting meetings to ensure maximum communication and support of operational efforts
- Collaborate with Human Resources Leaders to develop future training programs and cross training opportunities across all manager and employee teams to build work experiences required by future leaders in the organization
- Directs regional operations in coordination with standardized company-wide procedures
- Establishes and monitors performance expectations through set 4-pillar and company goals
- Drive customer service by ensuring all services provided assist in achieving CFE financial goals
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold managers accountable, educate managers to understand and own the roles and responsibilities of a location manager
- Sets an example of personal integrity and ethical practices, which provides a desirable standard of conduct for all company personnel
- Uphold cooperative policies.
- Follow and comply with all laws and regulations both State and Federal.
- Ensure managers establish and maintain department maintenance and safety policies that meet or exceed state and federal regulations.

- College graduate desirable or equivalent vocational school training- or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel software
- 3 years of grain industry, agri-business, or related field
- Good people skills necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary
- Ability to adapt to multiple software programs
- Valid driver's license
