• Leadership and management of demanding construction and renovation projects, especially tenant fit-outs with a focus on modern working worlds
• Holistic project responsibility over all performance phases – from the first concept idea to the handover to the user
• Acquisition of projects from the existing JLL network as well as through own market activities, in close coordination with the management of Project & Development Services Region West
• Consultation of predominantly international customers on technical, building structural and approval-related issues
• Support of customers in decisions regarding equipment, workplace concepts, processes and technical equipment
• Coordination and management of external project participants (architects, specialist planners, executing companies)
• Ensuring cost, time and quality targets as well as active risk management
• Development of internal processes, standards and tools in fit-out project management

For this position, we are looking for a personality with pronounced project management and leadership skills:

• Proven experience in managing complex fit-out, expansion or interior construction projects, ideally in the office or commercial property environment
• Ability to holistically structure, manage and successfully complete projects
• Leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and motivate teams
• Very good understanding of cost, time and quality management in construction and expansion projects
• Confident appearance in customer consultation as well as pronounced communication and negotiation skills
• Competence in dealing with technical, building and approval-related issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of acquisition, network maintenance and market development
• Structured, solution-oriented working method as well as high personal responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
