The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the management of all sales, service, installations, and operational processes and procedures.

$90,000 - $95,000 annually plus bonus
Responsibilities:- Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.
- Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.
- Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.
- Lead field sales initiatives.
- Coaches and develops sales teams.
- At least 5 years’ operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).
- At least 3 years’ management or training experience.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
