Vos missions en quelques mots
Integrated into the division's command team, you will work closely with the division manager to:
- Pilot and support the 5 accounting management services, the departmental payroll, and the 2 hospital treasuries
- Maintain a quality partnership with the Prefecture
- Communicate and streamline relations with local authorities
You will pilot a team of 6 people (3 A-level and 4 B-level executives) including a network pilotage and support service, a collection cell for digital monétique payment means, and a financial analysis cell – public sector alert and expertise network, which implies:
- Piloting and organizing the service's daily activities
- Ensuring the proper articulation of missions between different teams
- Providing the necessary technical support to teams and ensuring good general risk management
- Leading the work collective and ensuring smooth communication within and between teams
Within the DGFIP, the job is calibrated as "Inspector Divisionnaire des Finances Publiques Classe Normale (IDIV CN)."
For candidates/applicants who are civil servants, it will be necessary to hold an equivalent grade (principal attaché/principal attaché grade ad hoc equivalent). Depending on the original body held, recruitment may be carried out in the context of a detachment at equivalence of grade with that held in the original administration and at a level equal or immediately higher than that previously held, of an assignment or a PNA.
For candidates/applicants who are not civil servants, the proposed remuneration will be determined based on, among other things, the level of diploma and professional experience of the candidate.
Profile SoughtThe deputy head in charge of the local public sector network oversees the team and has important specific skills as indicated.
He/she contributes to the management of the Division by the AFIPA manager and de facto engages the Direction in its action, vis-à-vis external partners, particularly elected officials and the Prefecture.
The deputy division inspector supports the division manager at the level of supervision, animation, and management and substitutes for her in case of absence, particularly in participation in the CODIR and management dialogues. He/she also plays a very important role in risk management and internal control in connection with the MDRA.
The deputy position has a dual managerial and professional component.
It is therefore expected of him/her:
- Proven organizational and managerial skills;
- Relational and pedagogical qualities with teams;
- A sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Legal, accounting, and fiscal knowledge in the field of local public sector;
- The need for great reactivity and availability to respond to sometimes urgent orders.
The position requires a division inspector with the ability to lead, animate, accompany, and mobilize a team but also a network, to promote new working methods in an evolving environment.
Technical knowledge in the field of local public sector as well as prior experience in team management and leadership would be appreciated.

Special Conditions of ExerciseFor DGFiP civil servant candidates, as this is a choice position, the minimum duration of stay is set at 3 years.
Legal BasisFor non-civil servant candidates, recruitment will be established under Article L332-2-2° of the CGFP on the basis of a 3-year fixed-term contract.
