Lehigh Valley Cooperative Telephone Association (LVCTA) is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a financially strong, member-owned telecommunications cooperative serving rural communities across central Iowa.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the cooperative.
• Lead broadband, voice, and streaming operations with a focus on exceptional member service.
• Partner with the Board of Directors to guide long-term strategy and financial success.
• Develop and inspire a talented team while strengthening relationships throughout the communities we serve.

• Executive or senior leadership experience in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or a related industry.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• A collaborative leadership style and experience working with governing boards.
• A passion for rural communities and cooperative values.
