Administrator - Facility Services Director

Education:
A one-year certificate from a college or technical school in a related field is required, or alternatively, two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and Requirements:
Candidates should have or be willing to obtain a Boiler Operator's License within the first year of employment. Experience with HVAC and electrical systems is preferred. Strong computer skills are essential. A valid driver's license and insurability are mandatory.
