Branch Manager $45k+ per year, DOE + Bonus Monday
- Friday, 8am - 5pm Aventure Staffing is looking for an energetic professional to join our team as a Branch Manager in Cherokee, IA!

Ready to lead a dynamic team and drive growth in the fast-paced staffing industry? We're seeking a highly motivated Staffing Branch Manager to oversee our Aventure Staffing operations in Cherokee, Iowa. This is a key leadership position responsible for team management, business development, and achieving branch targets.

• Recruiting and hiring candidates for local companies.
• Interviewing applicants, data entry, processing hiring paperwork, drug screening, coaching and counseling.
• Develop and maintain client company relationships.

• Previous management experience
• Staffing experience
• Experience in establishing and maintaining client relations
• Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
• Track record of being self-motivated in previous positions.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.

• Starting Pay: $45k+ per year, depending on experience, plus bonus potential
