Our fleet features state-of-the-art technology, including GPS, two-way communication systems, and powered equipment for gurneys and wheelchair lifts. We are fully licensed by the Nevada Transportation Authority and maintain rigorous vehicle safety and maintenance protocols.

As we grow our presence in Nevada, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Supervisor to help drive success in our Las Vegas operations. About the Role:

The Operations Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of GMTCare Las Vegas, Nevada. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, employees are supported, and organizational goals are met. The Operations Supervisor will collaborate with team members to optimize processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a culture of excellence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service.

Develop, implement, and maintain operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

Identify and execute opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve both individual goals and organizational objectives.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and support employee growth and development.

Assess staffing needs and collaborate with Human Resources in the recruitment and hiring process.

Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes team engagement, motivation, and collaboration.

Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Monitor services and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Respond promptly to client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Analyze operational data and produce reports to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).As operational needs require, support frontline operations by performing Transporter duties, including safely operating company vehicles and assisting with patient transport in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
