Job Title:
Production Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations, production, maintenance, and safety at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective production while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong culture of safety across the facility.
• Oversee daily production and maintenance operations to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Hire, train, and develop plant employees while addressing performance issues promptly and fairly.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency of facilities and equipment.
• Manage parts inventory, maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment purchases.
• Perform regular product quality inspections.
• Collaborate on new product development initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven leadership experience in a production or maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of production standards, processes, and quality specifications.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Good math skills; able to interpret equipment manuals, costing issues, and product specifications.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Regular standing, walking, climbing, and other physical activities.
• Work performed in both office and plant environments, with occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, dust, oils, and machinery.
