Job Details:
Are you a dynamic, motivated individual with a passion for manufacturing and a knack for leadership? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Permanent Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production supervision, as well as extensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) systems.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be well-versed in the challenges and opportunities that come with overseeing a production line.

Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Supervising and coordinating all production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and meeting production goals.
2. Implementing and maintaining HACCP systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
3. Training, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Monitoring and controlling production equipment, scheduling maintenance and repairs as necessary.
5. Troubleshooting production issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
6. Collaborating with other departments, including Quality Control and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
7. Continuously improving production processes, seeking ways to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:
