Position Title: Welder

Wage: $21.63 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Weld components in various positions
- Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to welding, using straightedges, squares, clamps and fixtures
- Receive instructions, blueprints, and work orders for the job
- Examine work to check for defects
- Record materials used and time spent on job
- MIG and TIG weld pieces to form product being manufactured
- Operate forklift/crane (only after training and certification)

Welder Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds on occasion, team lift/crane over 60 pounds
- Prolonged standing, bending, squatting for 8-hour to 12-hour shifts
- Perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Able to work in hot-cold environments (50 degrees - 100 degrees) weather depending on the season
- Proven track record of several years of solid work history (please include details of your work experience on your resume)
- Previous welding experience (MIG and/or TIG)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to read a tape measure
- Excellent attendance
