6:00AM-4:30PM | Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)
$18.00/hr. + Weekly Pay
Looking for steady work, weekly pay, and a hands–on role in agriculture? We’re hiring General Laborers to join a fast‑paced production team in Durant, IA. This General Laborer position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a production‑focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Retag seed products
- Re‑bag returned seed
- Inspect and clean pro boxes
- Wash pro boxes as needed
- Receive and unload incoming crop trucks
- Operate dryer equipment to safely dry crop
- Store and manage crop from bins in the dryer facility
- Supply seed to the Conditioning department
- Perform other duties as assigned
