Job Overview
We are currently hiring full-time Machine Operators and Assembly Workers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable career with room for growth in both wages and responsibilities. No prior experience is required-just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates. Must be willing to work first shift (6 a.m.
- 2:30 p.m.) Monday thru Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Understanding of workplace safety practices
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) is a plus
- Awareness of manufacturing or assembly processes (preferred but not required)
- Learn and apply new skills quickly through hands-on training
- Operate various machines safely after training
- Accurately measure and inspect parts
- Adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Work independently and as part of a team
