• Starting Pay: $20.00 - $28.34/hour based on experience
• Paid Time Off
• Pay Increases every 6 months based on performance

• Up to ten thousand dollars each year for tuition reimbursement for continuing education
• 401k plan with company match, $0.50 for every dollar up to 6%

• Prime, paint and touch up vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes
• Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
• Inspect completed parts for quality and validate that component standards are met

• Six months of industrial painting experience
• Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
• Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area

• HS Diploma or GED (though not required)
• Automotive paint experience
• Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain Painter Level II
