Compensation & Benefits- Starting Pay: $20.00 - $28.34/hour based on experience

- Pay Increases every 6 months based on performance

- Up to ten thousand dollars each year for tuition reimbursement for continuing education
- 401k plan with company match, $0.50 for every dollar up to 6%
- Prime, paint and touch up vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes
- Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
- Inspect completed parts for quality and validate that component standards are met
- Six months of industrial painting experience
- Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
- Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area
- HS Diploma or GED (though not required)
- Automotive paint experience
- Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain Painter Level II
- Eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employment
