Position Summary
Walk‑in interviews available Monday‑Thursday 9:00 am‑4:00 pm at our West Branch, IA warehouse. Please complete your online application before arriving.

Shift Schedules- Monday‑Friday 10:00 am‑6:30 pm or until work is completed.
- Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm or until work is completed.
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment safely.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Maintain a culture of safety and adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as business needs dictate.
- Other job‑related tasks may be assigned by supervisor with reasonable accommodations.

The role requires visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting of up to 80 pounds and pushing forces up to 40 pounds are expected. Protective equipment (steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline) is required. Work may be exposed to weather conditions; noise is moderate, and fumes from tires, parts, and lubricants may be present.
Qualifications- Minimum age 18 to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a 40‑pound pushing force for barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Capability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with company safety policies and transportation regulations.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team player skills.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (no THC).
