FSQA Technician - B Shift - Dakota Plant; Temporary

Job Details:

Join our team as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician, where you will play a crucial role ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems.
• Document and calculate results accurately.
• Take corrective action when necessary, including alerting personnel, identifying, segregating, and isolating non‑conforming products, and reporting results to management.
• Handle additional assignments as requested.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in food manufacturing or related quality assurance.
• Working Conditions: Normal food manufacturing setting.
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 75 lbs, stand up to 12 hours per day, work in temperatures 30–90°F and wet environments, perform repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, pushing, pulling, climb step ladders or stairs; willing to work overtime and weekends as needed;
  Lock Out Tag Out certification required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; problem identification and troubleshooting; math and organizational skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; lead by example and motivate the workforce; function well under stress; flexibility to work where and when needed.
• Shift: B Shift.
• Location: Dakota City.
• Benefits: This position is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. If it does not become permanent, the selected team member will have 30 days to find an open position.
