Job Summary      Responsible for assembling electronic and computer components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
Perform precise assembly of electronic and computer components, including circuit boards, cables, and enclosures, using various hand tools and power tools.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accurate product construction.
Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify defects, ensuring products meet quality standards.
Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Document production activities, including completed units, defects, and any issues encountered during the assembly process.
Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve assembly challenges.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, cutters) and basic power tools.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
