General Mills - - Responsibilities:
Perform sanitation, cleaning and maintaining all areas of mill;
Assist the Assistant Miller by providing process system support, including learning the Assistant Miller role and performing processing positions and equipment operation;
Calibrate processing systems daily to meet required specifications;
Participate in startup, changeover, and shut down of operating equipment;
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
