Production Operator Starting Pay:
Competitive pay starting at $24.96 and can go up to $ 29.34 /hour once certified.
As a Production Operator , you will be part of a team that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and with pride for the products we produce and the customers we serve. Requirements:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
Minimum six (6) months of manufacturing experience.
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and 7pm-7am)

What You Do
Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
Follow safe operating procedures and customer specifications to produce high quality products delivered on time
Operate automated, production, converting, molding, assembly, and packaging equipment while meeting performance/output goals
Monitor processes, order inputs, load materials, inspect materials, and performing quality inspections to release product
Create a positive, inclusive work environment
Use a computer and computer controls to run equipment
