Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Run, clean, and maintain extended run fillers to ensure finished products meet specifications (customer, MFI, USDA).;
Set up, run, clean, and conduct preventive maintenance on fillers and perform changeovers with supervisor awareness.;
Adhere to safety policies and GMPs; maintain sanitary conditions and ensure product quality.;
Accurately maintain documentation in real time.;
Proactively plan and lead changeover activities for fillers and date coding; alert supervisor to mechanical issues.
