The schedule for this position is Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment on stock racks.
- Remain on the move and be willing to work on your feet for extended periods of time, with potential overtime.
- Contribute to our culture of safety by following all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce and inventory, as business needs require.

Perform duties with visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift 50‑pound items and occasionally 80‑pound items; exert up to 40‑pound pushing force. Handle commercial tires with team lifts or mechanical equipment. Wear protective equipment—including steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline—provided by U.S. Auto Force. Work may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (NO THC/marijuana testing).
