Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift - $2,500 Hiring Bonus Benefits Overview

Diamond Vogel is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic – 1st Shift to support maintenance operations at our aerosol paint manufacturing facility. This hands‑on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

This position works 1st shift, Monday–Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime opportunities on Fridays

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, and related equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Complete maintenance tasks such as welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry as needed
• Accurately complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems
• Support outside contractors and assist with coordinating repairs and projects
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations

• Two or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and maintenance planning
• Strong safety mindset with solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities
