Production Lead

Description

Tru Stile Doors, the leading national manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial segments, is seeking a production lead. This position will work closely with one of the manufacturing supervisors to ensure procedures are documented and followed throughout the process in a way that achieves the company’s quality goals.

• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that the production team is working in a safe and healthy environment.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure that all production processes are aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Ensuring that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Influence the team to follow all standards in the area to help ensure positive, consistent results.
• Provide training, support, and leadership to the production team to develop their skills and improve their performance. Be a Servant Leader to your team.
• Demonstrate the ability to properly root‑cause and problem‑solve abnormalities.
• Able to perform and/or learn Tru Stile/Marvin computer systems.

• Demonstrated experience in an audit or review capacity.
