Team Trainer - Osceola, IA

We are currently reviewing applications for a Team Trainer position on second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). The Team Trainer will report to the Human Resource Generalist. This position will have the following principal accountabilities:

• Performs translation duties.
• Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.
• Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.
• Completes new team member orientation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.

• Bilingual.
• Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills:
  Written and Verbal.
• The ability to read, translate and demonstrate job specifications to new employees.
• Thorough knowledge (or the ability to learn) of the data collection system/bar code labeling equipment.
• Familiarity (or the ability to learn) with the operation of packaging machines and other mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work different shifts when needed.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
