Job Details

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift
Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime
Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability
Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards
Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas
Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager
Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions
Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders

Requirements:

High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years supervisory experience preferred
3-5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Ability to work in cold/wet environment; lift 30-90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required
