Grain Facility Operator

.

This operating position offers competitive pay of $19.00 - $23.50 per hour based on experience
. A $1500 sign‑on bonus is included. After a 30‑day probation period, we provide the following benefits:

Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Extended hours, including weekends, are necessary during peak season.

As a Grain Facility Location Operator, each day involves overseeing the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You monitor grain quality and operate equipment while maintaining high service standards. You also keep facilities and equipment clean and well‑maintained for a safe environment. During the agronomy season, you assist the agronomy department, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

• Able to meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing, working in confined spaces and at elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders
• Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold
• Can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Maintain a clean driving record
