Job Title: Forklift Operator

Shift: Must be open to working all shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Location: Durant, IA

Job Description This role involves safely operating forklifts and supporting warehouse and production activities in a fast-paced agricultural facility.

• Operate forklifts professionally and safely to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, and move products, equipment, and materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform accident-free operation of the forklift and complete required forklift inspections accurately and on time.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technology such as PCs, scanners, tablets, or RF scanners to track material locations and ensure accurate data entry.
• Continuously track the location of goods during material handling and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas with care to protect product quality and meet customer expectations.
• Support warehouse operations including inventory handling, sorting, staging, picking, shipping, receiving, and sample collection.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week, any time of day, for shifts up to 12 hours.

• High school diploma or GED, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and production facility focused on agricultural products. You will work around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, as well as packaging, conditioning, and processing machinery.

This is a Contract position based out of Durant, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
