We’re seeking an Experienced Forklift Operator/Overhead Crane Operator to join our First shift team and play a key role in crafting high‑quality structural components.

What You’ll Do
  • Safe Material Handling
    :
    Operate sit‑down forklifts to transport raw materials, steel beams, and finished products (up to 10,000 lbs) with precision.
  • Inventory Management
    :
    Load/unload trucks, stage materials for fabrication, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    :
    Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with welders, fabricators, and supervisors to support production schedules and meet project deadlines.
  • Safety First
    :
    Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience
    : 2+ years of forklift operation in a manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication environment. Overhead Crane experience is a plus!
  • Certification
    :
    Valid forklift certification is preferred (OSHA‑compliant; we can assist with recertification if needed).
  • Skills
    :
    Proficient in operating forklifts with loads up to 10,000 lbs, with strong spatial awareness and load‑balancing expertise.
  • Physical Ability
    :
    Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast‑paced, industrial setting.
  • Team Spirit
    :
    Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset to support our tight‑knit crew.
  • Bonus Points
    :
    Experience in structural steel fabrication, overhead crane operation, or basic inventory software.
