Description of the offer You will be trained to carry out all operations of line driving, supervision, and maintenance of automated equipment in line with the defined requirements (SMQCDE). The main duties are as follows:
Familiarize yourself with production parameters (volume, pace, format, etc.) through the production program and follow-up sheets provided, Control the supply of materials (quantity, quality) Prepare the line in accordance with the manufacturing orders (OF) Start the line in compliance with hygiene and quality standards defined, Monitor the production stages (filling, sterilization, sampling, cooling, weighing, packaging, labeling) Perform the production declaration in the ERP (production and B material) Carry out the required self-controls and provide the necessary corrective actions in accordance with the defined procedure Identify and block non-conforming products, alert the workshop manager Perform a pre-diagnosis and alert maintenance in case of breakdown Carry out the cleaning of the line and workshop Perform self-maintenance operations according to the defined range These duties are not exhaustive and may evolve according to your preferences and the needs of the service.
