We're actively seeking dedicated and detail-driven Production Operator to become part of our growing team in Hawarden, working Full-time M-F 7-330pm - just a short drive from Sioux City, IA (35 miles) and Sioux Falls, SD (45 miles). As a Production Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, helping deliver precision-engineered components to customers worldwide.
You'll be responsible for:
- Performing detailed work using microscopes with high visual acuity
- Remaining focused and productive during long periods of seated or standing tasks
- Documenting work accurately with basic math and computer skills
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with team members in a supportive, communicative environment
Ideal Candidates Possess:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of focus
- Ability to work with microscopes and handle small components with precision
- Physical stamina for extended periods of sitting or standing
- Solid basic math and computer skills for documenting production tasks
- Ability to speak and read English
- A cooperative attitude and excellent communication skills
- Motivation, dependability, and a strong work ethic
