Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Production professional to join their team. As a vital part of the manufacturing process, you will support the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, precision, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Northwood, IA
What's the Job?
- Prepare machines and initiate startup procedures based on material specifications
- Activate and remove parts from machinery, ensuring proper handling
- Measure and verify parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use Gluing Gun to adhere foam backing to panels
- Perform secondary operations as needed to complete manufacturing tasks
- Accurately complete all paperwork related to manufactured parts
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company policies
