Production Team Member

Location: Sac City

Essential Responsibilities Operate assigned production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect products for quality and ensure specifications are met. Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and packaging instructions. Package, stack, move, and organize materials and finished products. Verify quantities, sizes, colors, and product specifications. Perform basic equipment checks and complete required documentation. Maintain inventory and production records as needed.

Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors. Support team productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including 5S activities. Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and communication skills. Ability to learn and operate production equipment.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods (8–11 hours per shift). Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Must wear required PPE at all times.
